يرفضون مقاضاة والد مراح لهم لأن لديهم حقائق يخفونها

نملك أدلة على التعسف وتجاوز إجراءات القبض على محمد أدت إلى اغتياله وإخفاء الحقيقة


صرحت المحامية الجزائرية زهية مختاري للشروق
"أنها في طور التحضير في القريب العاجل،
للمرافعة القانونية أمام المحاكم الفرنسية
ضد الأمن الفرنسي الذي نظم عملية القضاء على
الجزائري الشاب محمد مراح خلال الأيام
الماضية، مع تأكيدها على أدلة يحوزونها ومن
المقرر تقديمها أمام القضاء الفرنسي لإثبات
التعسف في قضية قتل الشاب محمد مراح.

وقالت ذات المحامية المعروفة بمرافعتها على
قضايا السجناء الإسلاميين في الجزائر وعدد من
الدول الأوربية على غرار ألمانيا "نحن لنا
الشرف للوقوف ومقاضاة رجال الأمن الفرنسي
الذين تسببوا في تجاوز الإجراءات القانونية
التي أدت إلى مقتل الشاب الجزائري محمد مراح
ذي الـ 23 ربيعا"
وعن الإجراءات التي من المزمع اتخاذها خلال
الأيام القادمة، فقال المحامية مختاري "تم
تأسيسنا في قضية اغتيال الشاب الجزائري مراح
بعد أن توجه لنا والده بخطاب حثنا فيه على
متابعة من تسببوا في اغتياله لأن كل القوانين
تضمن لنا الحق في التقاضي أمام الجهات
المخولة، وسنعتمد على الدستور والقانون
الفرنسي، حيث توجد مواد قانونية تبين الطريقة
المثلى التي من المفروض أن تطبق في حق الشاب
الجزائري محمد مراح الذي تم اغتياله".
وعن إمكانية اللجوء إلى المحاكم الأوربية في
حال عدم اقتناعهم بما تقره المحاكم الفرنسية،
فقالت المحامية مختاري، نحن نتفق مع
القانونيين للكشف عن الحقيقة التي تخدم كل
الأطراف، لكننا على استعداد للمثول أمام
المحكمة الأوربية لطرح قضية محمد مراح".
وعن تعليقها على تصريحات السياسيين
الفرنسيين حول أن والد الضحية يريد متابعة من
تسبب في مقتل ابنه أمام المحاكم الفرنسية،
فقالت محدثتنا "والد الضحية له الحق الكامل في
مقاضاة المتسببين في اغتيال ابنه، وأنهم لم
يحترموا الإجراءات اللازمة في مثل هذه
الحالات، وقالت: "لماذا لا يتركون القضاء يقرر
ما يريد والحق، لماذا لا يتركون والد الضحية
الذي يتعذب رفقة والدته وعائلته كلها يوميا
بعد مقتل ابنهم".
وأضافت "نحن سنحترم القانون وما سيصدر من
القضاء، فلماذا يمنعون والد الضحية من
المقاضاة، إلا إذا كانت هناك أشياء يريدون
إخفاءها عن الرأي العام
