كشفت محامية محمد مراح السيدة زهية مختاري،
عن مفاجآت من العيار الثقيل في قضية ما وصفته
"بإستغلال الشاب محمد مراح، ثم إغتياله بتلك
الطريقة على يد قوات النخبة الفرنسية"، حيث
أكدت على إمتلاك الدفاع لتسجيل فيديوهات من
قلب الحدث، وهو محمد مراح محاصر في شقته وهو
يقول لهم أنا برىء.. أنا برىء.. لماذا
تقتلونني؟"، إضافة إلى تحصل ذات الدفاع عل
أسماء أشخاص في المخابرات الفرنسية قالت أنهم
ورطوا محمد مراح، ثم قاموا بتصفيته وإغتياله.

وكانت محامية محمد مراح السيدة زهية مختاري،
قد بدأت ندوتها الصحفية في مكتبها وسط مدينة
براقي شرق العاصمة، بالاعتذار عن التأخر في
موعد الندوة بسبب عملية السطو التي تعرضت لها
سيارتها في منطقة سعيد حمدين بأعالي العاصمة

الدفاع، فقالت المحامية زهية مختاري: "جهات
كثيرة في الجزائر وخارجها بفرنسا تريد الكشف
عن حقيقة إغتيال محمد مراح الذي أغتيل بتولوز
من طرف نخبة الأمن الفرنسي، وقد تم تزويدنا
بأدلة وأشرطة فيديوهات عددها إثنين ومدتها لا
تتجاوز 20 دقيقة ولا تحتمل أي شك من قلب الحدث
عندما كان محمد مراح ـ رحمه الله ـ محاصرا في
شقته، عندما كان على تواصل ومفاوضات مع الأمن
الفرنسي عبر الهاتف وهو يقول لماذا تقتلونني:
أنا برىء.. أنا برىء.. لماذا تقتلونني؟،
وبالعبارة الصحيحة كان يتحدث بالفرنسية،
وسجل هذا الحديث ليثبت أنه كان متأكدا أنه
سيقتل في نهاية الأمر، لأنه ضحية مؤامرة،

رفضه الأمن الفرنسي".
وأضافت، "وأما الدليل الأكثر أهمية في الملف
وقضية محمد مراح هي أسماء لأشخاص في الأمن
والمخابرات الفرنسية، قاموا بتوريط محمد

المحامية إلى عملية الإغتيال، ونحن نعتزم أن
